Paul have arranged with one of the sailing club committee and he expects there to be no problems but will clear with the sailing club committee next week.
　
Only the 2 x Leeds Freediver boats allowed due to restrictions applied by YW on use of reservoir (they still mention the time a few years ago when a number of boats turned up so no others allowed that day.

I am organising a new run of Club Merchandise, ie Tee Shirts, Polo Shirts, Coats, Hats, Sweat Shirts etc. I will be bringing in some samples and details of colours over the next couple of weeks to give everyone chance of placing their requirements before I make the order. Dave Slack

HARD HAT AND DECOMPRESSION CHAMBER COURSE - DATE CONFIRMED - Submitted Date : 22 January 2010 by : Dave Slack

This course is available for Club Divers and above which is to be held at the Diving Training College York. Cost £45.00 per person which includes a two course hot lunch. All equipment supplied.

Siebe Gorman Standard dress (dive back into history in 8m tank)
Range of modern helmets available (as used offshore)
Recompression Chamber/dive to 50m (a must for any diver)
Courses conducted on Sundays (advanced bookings only)
Hot lunch included
Numbers 18 minimum - maximum 24 (if we can't get 18 people interested we would have to merge with other clubs)
Log book endorsed two dives

This is now booked for Sunday 21st November 2010. Currently we have reserved 9 places. I will be collecting the £10.00 deposits next Monday, the balance is payable, in cash, at the college. If anyone is still interested please contact me as soon as possible. Dave Slack - Diving Officer

MEMBERS USE OF DIVING POOL AT JOHN CHARLES CENTRE - Submitted Date : 23 December 2009 by : Dave Slack

Can any member wanting to use this facility contact Don Slater, Training Officer or Sue Slack, Assistant Training Officer to make arrangements so that the required depth can be achieved and Buddy cover organised if required. IMPORTANT ANNUAL REMINDER- Can all diving members please let our Club Secretary, have a completed UK SPORT DIVER MEDICAL FORM by January each year. You are also reminded that if you answer Yes to any of the questions you will need to be refered to a Medical Referee - Dave Slack, Diving Officer.
